Returns Policy

    • Items purchased from Gem Active can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery, or alternatively you can exchange your product within 14 days.
    • If the requested exchange is out of stock, you will be automatically refunded for the item. If it is sale item, you will be issued store credit.

Return Criteria

In order for us to process your return, item must be sent back with a return form (download here) including your order information, without the returns form, we cannot always correctly identify the customer and may not be able to fulfill your return request.

Customers seeking to return garments for incorrect sizing, fit or change of mind, please make sure that:

    • The Garment is in its original condition (unworn and unwashed) with all swing tags attached.
    • Returns are within 14 days of delivery for Australian customers (28 days for international customers).
    • Garments are not damaged or altered (e.g stained by fake tan or make up and do not smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder and / or other products).

Please note that return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend obtaining a copy of your return tracking information, as we do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Refunds exclude original shipping costs.

Faulty Items

We will offer a refund, store credit or an exchange (Subject to availability) on any item purchased from Gem Active if the product has:

    • Has a genuine manufacturing fault; and/or
    • Does not correspondence with descriptions given to you.
